Вероятно, основное влияние на "ценовые ощущения" россиян оказало повышение тарифов ЖКХ с 1 июля (новые квитанции пришли в начале августа). Также давят цены на бензин. Плюс удорожание продуктов питания, почти всех за исключением овощей и фруктов. @neoreshkins
