Текущий обменный курс значительно отклонился от фундаментальных уровней, в ближайшее время ожидается его нормализация. Слабый рубль осложняет структурную перестройку экономики и негативно влияет на реальные доходы населения. В интересах российской экономики - сильный рубль.
Проблема с этим одна: Центробанк почти год пускает рубль под откос, и это была вполне системная и закономерная политика ведомства, а резкая девальвация была предсказуемой. У ЦБ что-то пошло не так? Видимо пробитие таких уровней не входило в план "мягкой посадки" рубля. Намекает на это и отказ от закупок валюты спустя неделю после его анонсирования.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
