По данному факту в правоохранительные органы обратился отец потерпевшей, и теперь в отношении новоиспечённого россиянина возбуждено уголовное дело по ст.135 ч.1 УК РФ, решается вопрос об избрании ему меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
