За каждого нового привлеченного из другого региона сотрудника предприятия Чукотки получат по 1 млн рублей, из которых 95% – средства федерального бюджета. Новых сотрудников трудоустроят в пяти компаниях: «Чукотэнерго», «ЧукотАВИА», «Территория 87», «Издательство «Крайний Север» и «Галерея вкуса». В текущем году на Чукотку планируется привлечь 27 человек.
Субсидии для работодателей не облагаются налогами и могут быть использованы в течение двух лет на оплату переезда работника и членов его семьи, жилья или на оплату расходов на обеспечение жильем, оплату ЖКУ. Из этих средств работник также может получить материальную помощь для обустройства и частичной оплаты жилья. Сотрудники из других регионов могут получить льготную ипотеку.
