Владимир Лаптев, осужденный за мошенничество, дачу и получение взятки, заключил контракт с Минобороны РФ. Об этом ТАСС сообщил его адвокат Алексей Поздняков.
Бывший депутат Заксобрания НСО, экс-сенатор Лаптев приговор выслушал осенью 2023 года. Он признал вину в том, что пытался дать взятку судье, фиктивно устроил свою дочь помощником депутата, а будучи председателем комиссии по экологии в региональном парламенте за денежки предложил коллеге занять оплачиваемую должность заместителя.
Лаптев учился в Омской академии МВД России, получил образование в Новосибирском юридическом институте. Был награжден медалью «За безупречную службу» МВД РФ, медалью ордена «За заслуги перед Отечеством» II степени.
