Мы продолжаем в Госдуме бороться с мошенниками.
Кто такой дроппер? Это тот, кто из корыстных целей (за деньги) передает свои банковские карты, счета преступникам.
Потом на эти карты под разным видом переводятся деньги от обманутых граждан: туда просят скинуть под видом родственника, попавшего в беду; говорят, что это «безопасный счёт» и используют другие мошеннические приемы.
Теперь за это будет уголовная ответственность по статье 187 УК РФ. Вплоть до лишения свободы.
По итогам 2024 года зарегистрировано более 485 тыс. подобных правонарушений. При этом сумма ущерба «дистанционных хищений» (и это только то, о чем стало известно!) более 197,5 млрд. рублей.

Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
