Он вспомнил опыт индустриализации и мобилизации на Урале и оценил его как успешный. С какой-то точки зрения он и правда был таковым, Урал укрепил свой статус промышленного сердца России. Но то какими методами, в каких условиях и какой ценой (включая человеческие жизни) это было достигнуто как бы не вспоминается и не упоминается. Ни Патрушевым, ни нашими чиновниками, которые радостно его воспоминаниям кивали.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
