На Колыме при исправительных колониях предложили создать приюты для собак. Соответствующее предложение поступило от главы УФСИН по Магаданской области. По мнению губернатора Сергея Носова, реализация подобного проекта позволит перевоспитать и людей, и животных.
«Мы поддержим. Это ведь и занятость людей, и стоимость, и, если хотите, перевоспитание. И животные перевоспитываются, и человек. Немедленно проработать, это злободневная тема, это одно из хороших предложений», – добавил Носов.
Губернатор добавил, что у УФСИН есть территория, на которой можно возвести эти приюты.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
