В г. Якутске установлен новый комплекс фотовидеофиксации нарушений Правил дорожного движения

С начала 2025 года на мостовом сооружении по ул. Ойунского столицы Республики зарегистрировано 7 дорожно-транспортных происшествий, где в двух из них получили травмы участники дорожного движения.
В целях сохранения жизни и здоровья граждан, снижения количества и тяжести последствий дорожно-транспортных происшествий по инициативе Госавтоинспекции на данном участке установлен стационарный комплексфотовидеофиксации нарушений Правил дорожного движения. Разрешенная максимальная скорость - 20 км/ч.

Уважаемые водители! Обращайте внимание на дорожные знаки и соблюдайте скоростной режим.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
