Проект предусматривает изъятие 11,12 га лесных площадей в Любинском лесничестве и 0,42 га в Омском. Данные территории будут переведены из категории земель лесного фонда в земли другого назначения. Компания, выигравшая аукцион, будет обязана разработать проект рекультивации, включающий в себя высадку молодых деревьев. Все работы по подготовке документации должны быть завершены к сентябрю 2025 года.
