Заместитель главы Очамчыра Отар Акаба рассказал, почему выбор при строительстве новой спортивной площадки пал на 6-й микрорайон. Он отметил, что до войны здесь находилась футбольная площадка, которая после пришла в упадок, и сегодня у нее «появилась вторая жизнь».
Отар Акаба также поблагодарил руководство Краснодарского края за такой большой вклад в развитие младшего поколения Очамчыра.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
