По словам вице-спикера регионального Заксобрания Александра Куниловского, в регионе каждый день фиксируется 5 укусов бродячими собаками.
— Будет вводиться, условно говоря, ЧС с агрессивным поведением собак на улицах. И в этих условиях гуманное умерщвление животных будет разрешено и никто ничего сказать не сможет, — сообщил Куниловский.
Внесение изменений в закон запланировано на 18 сентября.
