«Рынок рабочей силы не позволяет масштабироваться, поэтому с амбициями по новым производствам мы повременим», — признался Шишкин. Сейчас компания сосредоточена на повышении эффективности действующих производств через цифровизацию и внедрение ЧПУ-станков.
