Депутат Госдумы Константин Затулин раскритиковал новый закон, принятый его коллегами о запрете принимать в школы детей мигрантов, не знающих русского языка.
Та ситуация, когда обе стороны по-своему правы. Не знающие языка дети сами не способны учиться, и мешают учить и воспитывать других, лишая последних законных прав.
Затулин полагает, что не говорящих по-русски детей как раз надо учить языку и приобщать к культуре, а не отталкивать за пределы общественной жизни.
В такой ситуации политики ориентируются в выборе на запрос общества. А последнее переживает в данный момент пик негативного отношения к мигрантам. Изменятся обстоятельства и в будущем данную норму вполне могут пересмотреть. А пока так.
