Президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон, позволяющий субъектам малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП) и самозанятым гражданам раз в пять лет брать кредитные каникулы. Эти изменения позволят снизить риски дефолтов заемщиков - субъектов МСП и физлиц-самозанятых, а также уменьшить риски для финансовой устойчивости кредиторов. Закон вступает в силу с 1 октября 2025 года и будет распространяться на правоотношения, возникшие из договоров кредита (займа), заключенных с 1 марта 2024 года, то есть иметь обратную силу.
