❗️Прокуратура следит за соблюдением прав несовершеннолетнего в суде
В ходе мониторинга средств массовой информации установлено, что в Партизанском городском суде рассматривается иск банковской организации к 8-летнему мальчику, являющемуся сиротой и находящимся под опекой в приёмной семье.
Иск касается взыскания долга по кредитной карте, которая принадлежала его бабушке и перешла в порядке наследования к несовершеннолетнему.
Прокуратура контролирует соблюдение прав ребёнка в ходе судебного процесса и результаты рассмотрения гражданского дела.
❗️Будет дана оценка итоговому решению суда, при наличии оснований будут приняты меры с целью защиты его прав.
