По инициативе надзорного ведомства органами внутренних дел возбуждено уголовное дело по ст. 267.1 УК РФ (действия, угрожающие безопасной эксплуатации транспортных средств, то есть совершение из хулиганских побуждений действий, угрожающих безопасной эксплуатации транспортных средств).
Ход и результаты расследования уголовного дела поставлены на контроль.
