Если бы это решение на исходе 2018 года провели краевым законом, то сейчас ни Дегтярев, ни спикер Закдумы Зикунова (ее ЗП составляет порядка 800к) не могли бы получать такие суммы: любое изменение их довольствия приходилось бы утверждать краевому парламенту — подмахнуть без шума не вышло бы.
