Изымают личный телефон Льва Шлосберга, офисную технику и личные ноутбуки сотрудников, несмотря на то, что следователю было сообщено, что у Льва Шлосберга одно рабочее место в офисе, другой техникой он не пользуется и в рамках уголовного дела об отсутствии плашки изъятие избыточно.
Первые обыски по этому уголовному делу прошли 2 октября рано утром. Силовики обыскали квартиру Льва Шлосберга и его жены Жанны, а также квартиру его 95-летнего отца Марка Наумовича.
Свою вину Лев Шлосберг не признал и дал подробные ответы на вопросы следователя. Все требования законодательства, связанные с внесением в реестр «иноагентов», он исполняет и продолжает оспаривать статус в суде. Вторая кассационная жалоба находится на рассмотрении в Верховном Суде РФ.
