📣Александр Лукашенко 25 июня подписал Указ, которым установлены единые тарифы на услуги по государственной регистрации недвижимого имущества независимо от того, оказываются они гражданам в агентствах по госрегистрации либо нотариусами. Размер таких тарифов рассчитывался с учетом экономически обоснованных затрат.
📑 Данное решение Президента, как и недавно принятая новая редакция Закона "О государственной регистрации недвижимого имущества, прав на него и сделок с ним", позволит в полной мере обеспечить реализацию принципа "одно окно" при госрегистрации недвижимости.
