Изменения предлагается внести в статью 23 закона "О воинской обязанности и военной службе", которой устанавливаются категории граждан, которые не подлежат призыву на военную службу по призыву, дополнив этот перечень добровольцами.
"Действующим законодательством не предусмотрена отсрочка или освобождение от призыва на военную службу для данной категории лиц. Данная инициатива направлена на так называемое зачисление службы в добровольческих формированиях в счет обязательной военной службы по призыву", - отмечается в пояснительной записке к законопроекту.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
