Госдума отклонила законопроект об отсрочке от мобилизации для отцов троих детей. Авторы инициативы предложили освободить от частичной мобилизации многодетные семьи с тремя и более детьми и поднять их возраст до 18 лет, а для учащихся по очно форме обучения — до 23 лет. Комитет Госдумы по обороне рекомендовал отклонить проект, так «расширение перечня отсрочек негативно отразится на комплектовании Вооруженных Сил».
