28 июля Верховный суд начал рассмотрение апелляций, поданных политзаключенными по делу «Рабочага Руху». Сегодня их апелляционные жалобы были ОТКЛОНЕНЫ 😡
🔎НАПОМНИМ: Гомельский областной суд вынес приговор по делу «Рабочага Руху» 17 февраля этого года. 10 политзаключенных были приговорены к серьезным срокам (от 11 до 15 лет колонии). Их всех обвинили в измене государству, а также по некоторым другим статьям Уголовного кодекса. Все политзаключенные не признали своей вины.
Судья Александр Пискунов назначил им следующие сроки: 💔Сергей Шелест - 14 лет, 💔Владимир Журавко - 15 лет, 💔Андрей Погерило - 14 лет, 💔Анна Аблаб - 11 лет, 💔Александр Гашников - 14 лет, 💔Сергей Дзюба - 12 лет, 💔Игорь Минц - 12 лет, 💔Валентин Тереневич - 12 лет, 💔Сергей Шаметько - 12 лет, 💔Александр Капшуль - 15 лет.
