Как следует из материалов дела, будучи на посту замдиректора по экономике и финансов научно-исследовательского института вакцин и сывороток, с 2018 года по 2020-й он незаконно получил от компании «Стадиум» 30 миллионов рублей.
За эти деньги Васильев обеспечил этой организации победу в конкурсе на поставку куриного яйца, проводимого НИИ с ценой контракта почти 154 миллиона рублей. Подсудимый вину не признал.
