Вчера было вынесено решение ЕСПЧ по моей жалобе. Страсбургский Суд признал, что Российская Федерация нарушила ряд моих прав, гарантированных Европейской Конвенцией по правам человека. В первую очередь проявившееся в незаконном содержании под стражей без достаточных оснований. Помимо этого, нарушения усмотрели в содержание в клетках в зале суда, не допуске к делу моего представителя в ЕСПЧ. Также суд признал, что преследование политического движения "Черный Блок" является нарушением права на свободу выражения мнения. Мне было присуждено 9750 евро в качестве компенсации ущерба, что является самой большой суммой по данной жалобе

Помимо меня в том же решении объединили жалобы Александра Белова, Руслана Аббасова, Лилии Чанышей, Людмилы Штейн. ЕСПЧ также встал на их сторону и присудил им компенсации.
