«В ответ на обращение Абхазии руководство России в очередной раз протянуло нам руку помощи и начинает осуществлять гуманитарный переток электроэнергии в республику... Я от имени народа Абхазии выражаю искреннюю благодарность руководству России и всему братскому российскому народу за помощь», — сказал он.
