Следователи завели уголовное дело после столкновения поезда и тепловоза на станции в Ульяновской области.
Дело возбуждено по статье о нарушении правил безопасности движения и эксплуатации железнодорожного транспорта (ч. 1 ст. 263 УК), максимальное наказание по ней — лишение свободы до двух лет.
