За неполный январь 2024 года физические лица подали в Москве 7,97 тыс. заявок на льготную ипотеку под 8%, что на 36,2% уступает прошлогоднему уровню. В Санкт-Петербурге количество обращений за кредитами по этой госпрограмме упало на 28,9% год к году, а в Краснодарском крае — на 16,6%. В целом же по России число заявок на льготную ипотеку под 8% за неполный январь выросло на 7% год к году.
