Врио губернатора Курской области Алексей Смирнов ранее сообщил, что, начиная с 10 утра, каждый желающий может стать донором и сдать кровь. Более того, в связи с ситуацией, сложившейся в курском приграничье, все оперслужбы переведены на усиленный режим работы.
