Специалисты учреждений службы крови рекомендуют воздержаться от внепланового посещения донорами с целью сдачи крови и ее компонентов. В случае необходимости регулярные доноры учреждений будут дополнительно проинформированы.
Центр крови ФМБА России будет вести приём доноров крови и ее компонентов в субботу 23 марта в период с 08:30 до 12:00 по адресу: г. Москва, ул. Щукинская, д.6, корп.2

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
