Шел сегодня по Школьному бульвару и на глаза попалось вот это корыто. Завтра напишу в департамент - надо созывать комиссию и забирать этот автохлам. Он портит вид, да и мне видится, что это не безопасная штука. Вдруг там бензин внутри есть?

Уважаемые жители, а у нас на ЮМР еще есть где-то подобный автохлам? Если да, напишите пожалуйста в комментариях с указанием адреса нахождения брошенного автохлама.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
