По итогам 2024 г. в 15 регионах России доходы так и не достигли уровня 2013 г., несмотря на бурный рост в период СВО. Особенно это характерно для регионов Урала с мощным машиностроением, а также некоторых «старых» нефтяных субъектов (Томск и Астрахань). Сильнее всего доходы просели в Коми (доходы в 2024 г. составили 83,2% от 2013) и Самарской области (87,5%). В среднем же по России доходы выросли на 16,2%.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
