В квитанциях на оплату коммунальных услуг часто встречаются различные аббревиатуры. ХВС, ГВС, ВОДООТВЕДЕНИЕ, ОДНИ, ИПУ, ОДПУ, СОИ, ТКО, КР.

Чтобы разобраться в значении одной аббревиатуры, нужно потратить немало времени, и не всегда очевидно, как она соотносится с другими понятиями.

По данным исследования онлайн-платформы Doma.ai (дома), опубликованным в 2024 году, каждый четвёртый россиянин (27%) не понимает частично или в полной мере, как формируются квитанции за жилищно-коммунальные услуги.
Что же пошло не так?! Нужно вернуться в 1993 год, откуда всё и началось. Когда народ был отстранен от власти, ликвидирована власть Советов.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
