В настоящее время крупными российскими рейтинговыми агентствами Госкорпорации присвоен рейтинг кредитоспособности на уровне суверенного (ААА(RU), что будет способствовать спросу на выпущенные Роскосмосом облигации со стороны российских кредитных организаций и частных инвесторов.
Полномочиями по выпуску облигаций уже наделен ряд российских госкорпораций и госкомпаний.
