С 1 сентября вводятся новые нормативы учебной нагрузки. Первоклассники будут учиться не более 620–653 часов в год, ученики 2–4 классов — 782–884 часа, пятиклассники — 986–1088 часов, шестые классы — 1020–1122 часа, седьмые — 1088–1190 часов, а восьмые и девятиклассники — 1122–1224 часа.
Учебный год будет разделен на два полугодия: первое продлится до восьми недель для всех классов, второе — до 10 недель для первоклассников и до 11 недель для учащихся 2–9 классов.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
