Уголовное дело против главы Гагаузии Евгении Гуцул будет передано в суд, сообщил исполняющий обязанности генпрокурора Молдавии.
Дело связано с «предполагаемыми случаями злоупотребления властью или превышения должностных полномочий». Гуцул подозревают в фальсификации результатов прошлогодних выборов главы Гагаузии, которые она выиграла. При этом известно, что ЦИК не нашла нарушений.
Президент Молдавии Санду до сих пор не подписала указ об утверждении Гуцул членом правительства, как того требует законодательство страны.
