مامورین اجرايي واحد تنگه گل ،پارک ملی گلستان در حال گشت و پایش منطقه مسیر جاده میان‌گذر پارک ملی با حضور و تجمع پرندگان در محل کوهستانی و صخره های حاشیه جاده به موضوع حساس و مشکوک شده که پس از بررسی منطقه مورد نظر به لاشه یک قلاده پلنگ تلف شده برخورد نموده اند که با بررسی های اولیه ظواهر بدن حیوان تلف شده و آثار بجای مانده بر روی بدن حیوان احتمال درگیری با حیوانی دیگر بر روی لاشه مشهود می باشد.
همچنین از علائم ظاهری حیوان این گونه مشخص میگردد که سن این پلنگ زیاد و پیر می باشد، که در اثر درگیری با پلنگ جوانتر و کهولت سن ممکن است تلف گردیده باشد. لاشه حیوان جهت بررسی های دقیق تر به اداره کل حفاظت محیط زیست استان گلستان منتقل گردید.
