Требуется модифицировать валютный контроль, чтобы законные, допустимые Гражданским кодексом операции экспортёров перестали в ущерб собственным национальным интересам расцениваться как "подозрительные", и продать рупии тем, кто импортирует товары из Индии в значительном количестве (подсказываю - например, Ближний Восток).
