Перевозчик выполнял рейс из Баку в Грозный.
Предварительно: после столкновения с птицами, из-за возникшей нештатной ситуации на борту воздушного судна, его командир принял решение «идти» на запасной аэродром — им был выбран Актау.
Оперативные службы Республики Казахстан ведут поисково-спасательные работы.
Росавиация находится в контакте с перевозчиком AZAL, авиационными властями Азербайджана и Казахстана».

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
