Театральный деятель насобирал, как минимум, 7 исполнительных производств, от пары сотен миллионов рублей до 11 миллиардов. Причем, должником числится именно сам Кехман, а не какая-либо организация.

Владимир Кехман все еще находится в Следственном комитете. Видимо, у правоохранителей к нему очень много вопросов.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
