Сервис позволяет искать кандидатов, обрабатывать отклики, проводить скоринг, а также осуществлять поиск данных в процессе проведения собеседования с соискателями. На основе собранной информации платформа автоматически составляет шорт-листы кандидатов, что, утверждают в стартапе, позволяет существенно сократить время и затраты компаний на рекрутинг. Среди клиентов Qooqa - корпоративные заказчики из России и MENA.
