К сожалению, пожар уничтожил базу отдыха «Шишкин Лог» в Минусинске. Погибших и пострадавших нет. Огонь удалось локализовать в 04:28.
Причины возгорания устанавливаются, но предварительно можно говорить о повреждении ЛЭП из-за ветра.
На данный момент из-за неблагоприятных погодных условий в районе наблюдаются частичные отключения электроэнергии. Аварийные бригады уже работают, и в ближайшее время электроснабжение будет восстановлено.
Разрушений в населённых пунктах нет, угрозы жизни и здоровью людей – тоже. Благодарю всех, кто участвовал в ликвидации пожара, и прошу жителей соблюдать осторожность в ветренную погоду!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
