🔸برای ثبت گزارش، کاربران باید وارد قسمت خدمات راهور در اپلیکیشن «پلیس من» شده و گزینه «اعلام سد معبر» را انتخاب کنند. سپس با مشخص کردن شماره پلاک خودرو و محل دقیق آن بر روی نقشه، گزارش خود را ثبت کنند.
🔸پس از ثبت گزارش، پیامکی به صاحب خودرو ارسال می‌شود و از او خواسته می‌شود تا خودرو را هر چه سریع‌تر جابه‌جا کند. این سامانه به‌طور خودکار پیگیری‌های لازم را انجام می‌دهد.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
