معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استاندار خراسان شمالی اعلام کرد:
به دلیل افزایش دما و مصرف بالای انرژی و در راستای جلوگیری از خاموشی‌ها و مدیریت مصرف، روز شنبه مورخ یکم شهریورماه ۱۴۰۴ کلیه ادارات و مؤسسات دولتی، مدارس، آموزشگاه‌ها، دانشگاه‌ها، شعب بانک‌ها، بیمه‌ها و شهرداری‌های استان تعطیل خواهند بود.
به گفته وی، این تعطیلی شامل مراکز امدادی، درمانی و خدماتی نمی‌شود.
معاون استاندار با تأکید بر خاموش کردن سیستم‌های سرمایشی در دستگاه‌های اجرایی و بانک‌ها و کاهش مصرف در سایر بخش‌های خدمات‌رسان، از مردم استان درخواست کرد با رعایت مدیریت مصرف در ساعات اوج بار، زمینه استمرار خدمت‌رسانی به بخش‌های تولیدی و صنعتی استان را فراهم کنند.
