28 травня 2025 року за клопотанням детективів НАБУ, погодженим прокурором САП, слідчий суддя ВАКС застосував запобіжний захід до депутата обласної ради однієї із західних областей, якого викрили на організації незаконного переправлення осіб призивного віку через державний кордон України та незаконному впливі на працівників ДПС України.
Суд погодився з доводами прокурора та застосував до депутата облради запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою з альтернативою внесення 21,2 млн грн застави.
У разі внесення застави на підозрюваного будуть покладені відповідні процесуальні обов’язки.
📌Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.
