"كلّ واحد من شهداء كربلاء دافع عن نفسه، إلّا الرّضيع، فإنّه لم تكن له القدرة على الدفاع عن نفسه.." ساعد الله قلب أمّه الرّباب عليها السّلام؛ الشّاعر الشّيخ صالح الكوّاز يصف وضعها بعد سيّد الشّهداء صلوات الله عليه و ابنها الرّضيع عليه السّلام فيقول:
