Позволю себе уточнить заголовок, который, вежливо говоря, не совсем корректен.
Хочу ещё раз пояснить свою позицию: иностранным туристическим сервисам, включая Booking, нельзя позволить просто так вернуться и восстановить монополию. Эти компании сами ушли с российского рынка по политическим мотивам – в случае возвращения им придётся столкнуться с последствиями.
Иностранные туристические сервисы для наших граждан должны работать исключительно на выездной туризм либо быть платформами, через которые к нам будут приезжать гости из-за рубежа. Путешествия внутри России должны продолжить обеспечиваться российскими цифровыми сервисами.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel.
