И оказался Роман Викторович в группе аутсайдеров, что странно.
Странно со всех сторон. После пребывания в компании двоечников сразу оказаться в губернаторском кресле – это странно. Как странно и то, что Бусаргина вообще отнесли к аутсайдерам. Потому что Роман Викторович, как минимум, очень старается – возрождает детские дворовые хоккейные команды, надеется на возрождение производства холодильников на СЭПО, отчитывается о выделении компенсаций 92% дольщиком ЖК «Победа» и так далее и тому подобное.
А то, что экономика, политика и социальная сфера Саратовской области пробуксовывает – еще не вина Бусаргина. Причина печальному состоянию региона – недееспособная команда, которую с благословения свыше набрал Валерий Радаев.
