Мусорная реформа в Республике Алтай провалена. Об этом заявил врио главы региона Андрей Турчак. По его оценке, регоператоры по обращению с ТКО в республике не выполнили свои обязательства.
«Не преувеличу, если скажу: мусорная реформа в Республике Алтай провалена. Частные регоператоры заходили в регион с одной целью — собрать деньги с людей и не выполнить свои обязательства по сбору и утилизации отходов. Потому что экономики нет», — написал Турчак в своем телеграм-канале.
Врио считает, что проблему с мусором может решить республиканский госоператор. Турчак отметил, что минрегион уже работает над этой задачей и над переходом к новой системе, чтобы процесс был максимально безболезненным для людей.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
