Героями дебютного выпуска стала группа «Печень», местные музыканты. Они задают лейтмотив всему выпуску — он посвящен музыке. Другие выпуски газеты будут освещать другие сферы локальной культуры, потому что ЖИР — это Жизнь, Искусство и Развлечения.
Будет вино, приятная компания и возможность приобрести экземпляр газеты. Презентация пройдет 22 марта в 16:00 в «Сигнале» (ул. Космонавта Леонова, 22).
